I started on the business side - retail, traditional industry, sales. I saw firsthand how business owners waste hours on repetitive tasks, lose leads because no one responds fast enough, and feel like they've lost control of their own processes.

After an MBA in Strategy and Business Development and a move into tech, I realized the solution doesn't have to be expensive or complicated. With the right tools, any business can work smarter.
